Ms. Tsering Kyi
Section Head & Program Officer
Ms. Tsering Kyi is a Program Officer at the Women’s Empowerment Desk (WED). She has over seven years of experience working on initiatives related to gender equality, women’s empowerment, gender sensitization, and the prevention of gender-based violence within the Tibetan community. She has led and coordinated numerous training programs, stakeholder engagements, and community-based initiatives aimed at promoting gender-responsive practices and strengthening support systems for women and girls. She holds a master’sdegree in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Northern Iowa, USA, and a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Delhi, India.
Mrs. Tenzin Dolker
Program Officer
Ms. Tenzin Dolker serves as a Program Officer at the Women’s Empowerment Desk (WED). She has over 17 years of experience working within the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA). Prior to joining WED, she served in various administrative roles under the Department of Religion and Culture, the Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR), Bureau of His Holiness, the Dalai lama New Delhi. She holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Madras, India.
Ms. Tenzin Tsetan
Program Officer
Ms. Tenzin Tsetan is a Program Officer at the Women’s Empowerment Desk (WED) of the Central Tibetan Administration. Since joining WED in 2017, she has been responsible for coordinating and implementing programs related to gender equality and women’s empowerment. She holds a master’s degree in social work from St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru, India.
